Do you lift weights

Do you lift weights or train regularly and have been noticing a gradual ache in your biceps or front of your shoulder? 🤔
It could be Biceps Tendinopathy; a common overuse injury among weightlifters that often starts subtly and builds over time if left unaddressed.
