We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Receptionist – Casual (Potential to Transition to Permanent Part-Time)

West Lakes Physio Sports and Rehab is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist to join our friendly administration team.

The Role

This casual position offers approximately 20–25 hours per week across the following shifts:

  • Monday: 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:45 am – 12:45 pm
  • Thursday: 7:45 am – 12:45 pm
  • Saturday: 8:45 am – 12:15 pm

After three months, there is potential for the role to transition to Permanent Part-Time.

Responsibilities

Greeting clients, managing bookings, handling phone and email enquiries, processing billing, and supporting our allied health practitioners and management team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised, and calm-under-pressure attitude
  • Experience in a similar role and familiarity with practice management software (e.g., PracSuite/Cliniko) is desirable but not essential
