Meet Laura, a skilled physiotherapist with a unique blend of expertise in healthcare and movement. With years of experience as a Pilates and Yoga instructor, Laura has a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics, flexibility, and strength.

Her background as a Registered Nurse adds a strong foundation of clinical knowledge, enabling Laura to take a holistic approach to recovery and performance.

When you see Laura, you can expect tailored care that combines precise clinical techniques with exercise strategies to help you recover from injury, prepare for surgery, or achieve your fitness goals effectively.

Bachelor of Applied Science Physiotherapy (Hons) UniSA
Pilates Certification Series APPI
Yoga Teacher (500+ hours)

Clinical Interests

Injury prevention, rehabilitation, optimising physical activity and performance for individuals at all levels, including those managing chronic conditions. Laura has a particular passion for helping runners to stay resilient, recover from injuries and reach their goals.
