Exercise rehabilitation following injury provides the best chance of a successful return to activity.  However,  exercising can be daunting for many if you are unsure of what to do and how much to do.

What We Offer

Having a physiotherapist design and supervise your program, means you are doing the appropriate exercises for your ability and injury.  We also make sure you are doing them well.   Our physio supervised group or individual sessions can play a significant role in helping you gain confidence and start to recover. Physio supervised classes are also covered by most private health funds.
