Meet Kate Simmonds

Kate is a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people move with confidence and return to the activities they enjoy. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia, receiving multiple Merit Awards and the UniSA Academic Excellence Scholarship.

Alongside her clinical training, Kate has worked as a sports trainer with the South Australian Sports Medicine Association (SASMA) within Netball SA, and as a trainer with the St Peter’s Old Collegians Football Club. These roles strengthened her skills in acute injury management, movement assessment, taping, and guiding athletes safely back to sport.
